Activities
Welcome spring by making a vision board that reflects your intentions and goals for the months ahead. As you choose images and words, imagine planting seeds for what you wish to grow and nurture throughout the year. Keep your board somewhere visible as a daily reminder of your path.
Gently detox your body, mind, and space:
Body: Sip warm lemon water in the mornings, add more seasonal greens to your meals (think dandelion, arugula, sprouts).
Mind: Take a social media pause or set time boundaries around usage.
Space: Declutter a corner, closet, or drawer of your home; donate what has been gently used and could use a new loving home.
Go outside - try outdoor yoga, mindful walking, or meditation in the park. Feel the earth beneath you, breathe in the fresh air, and connect with the energy of rebirth all around.
Transition your skincare to lighter products.
Hydrate well! Add cucumber, mint, or lemon to your water for extra freshness. Bonus points for blessing your water with an intention before drinking.
Plant something - whether it’s herbs in your kitchen, a small windowsill garden, or seeds in a community plot, planting something is such a symbolic and literal act of growth.
Curate a spring playlist that feels light, joyful, and expansive…
…and dance in your living room! Move and be the vitality of the season.
Refresh your wardrobe by mindfully switching out heavier winter clothes for lighter pieces. Choose colors and fabrics that make you feel open and alive.
Diffuse uplifting essential oils like lemon, lavender, geranium, or eucalyptus. You can even make a room spray with floral waters.
Reflect, meditate, attend a sound bath, journal - whatever you can do to journey inwards and hear yourself (again)
